The North Pocono Planning Association is a joint effort of seven townships and one borough in the southern Lackawanna County/North Pocono region to develop a comprehensive plan for the entire region and individual zoning ordinances consistent with the plan. The project is being carried out by representatives from each of the municipalities in cooperation with the Lackawanna County Planning Department and consultant Hailstone Economic, and is to be guided by the residents of the participating regions. This website will be updated with all important documents and meeting dates and will provide opportunities for public input.

 

The next NPPA steering committee meeting is scheduled for May 14th at the Moscow Borough Building.
